I thoroughly enjoyed my well decorated room with large balcony, mountain views, new furniture. A hairdryer, bath sheets, and slippers were very handy. Very friendly and genuinely helpful staff, everything was very good.

The staff - some of them were incredibly slow.

The lobby restaurant offered EXCELLENT dishes, and the breakfast was perfect and amazing. The location was particularly good and beautiful, in the mountains and overlooking the mountain. It was also just next door to quite far to krupowki, and all the main attractions.

Had 2 nights in Zakopane, spending our time here lovely. The hotel was located in the center of the city. We ate at a stylish restaurant with a wonderful menu.

I appreciated staying here. Had fine stay for nearly all my visit' and the weather was clear. The hotel was in a stunning location near to Gubalowka and the main promenade Krupowki and the ski lift. Moreover, it was 4 km from a ski-jumping stadium.

Savoury and enjoyable breakfast with variety of choice. Excellent and unbeatable location, only a short distance to everywhere.

Sincerely, it was a really good stay in another night. The a la carte restaurant and the main bar were on site.

The hotel met the demands, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The breakfast was amazing and I greatly enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. Stylish rooms, the design was beautiful. I had an exceptional view of the mountain.

Liked this classy hotel: high quality food and polite staff. Spotless and budget room, besides I had a glorious view at Tatry mountains. There were an electric kettle and fridges. The location of the property was great, to the ski lift about 50 away.

I stayed here before, always modern and budget rooms. The pool was great and I had savoury drinks in the main bar.

The hotel itself was well priced and reasonably clean with a main bar.

It is nestled in the centre of the town, right by Podwodny Swiat Zakopane Aquarium. It's just next door to mountains, professional services given by the staff and the main promenade Krupowki.

overall it was a real good stay in winter. the location of the hotel was excellent, immediately next door to the slopes. besides, it was near to professional services given by the staff, the tatra mountains, and walking path. there was a superb bar and good food at the à la carte restaurant.

The entrance facilities and reception were really nice. The spa and wellness center had a great look. The location here is wonderful, just a 2-minute walk to the ski lift. My room had a balcony with a stunning mountain view. I loved that there was a kettle in the room with excellent tea and coffee choices. The staff at reception were fantastic, very helpful and quick to fulfill requests.

On Saturday, there were lots of children screaming, so it wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. However, on Sunday, it was nice and peaceful.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice swimming pool with small sauna is included. Spa costs extra but is affordable. There is a regular shuttle bus to the centre. We will be happy to come back.

About 15 minutes walk to the center. But there is a bus. Unless you miss it.

Large hotel with excellent wellness area. Very good breakfast, good value for money.

Journey time consuming, as there is no continuous motorway yet. In the village high traffic volume at certain times.
